Given his varied roles from core masala to pure family entertainment, he has carved a niche of his own.Just for change Venky is said to be looking out for hardcore comedy themes. For now, he has got a serious one coming up with ‘Eenadu’ alongside the iconic Kamal Haasan and then he has ‘Namo Venkatesa’ with hat trick hit director Srinu Vaitla.

Venky has been a huge success when it comes to comedy and though there is an element of sentiment and violence in his movies, he is said to be looking to make his mark with a ‘complete comedy entertainer’. Let us wait and see whether this ‘change’ approach will click or not.

His next movie will be directed by Goutham meenan.His sister Manjula is the producer for this movie.

‘Magadheera’ starring RamCharanTeja, the most awaited movie of the season will be hitting the screens in the month of July now.

The film’s length has reached a marathon 4 hours and now its the tough task for the director, S S Rajamouli to cut short the movie to two and a half hours. Both S S and the editor are currently in that work which would take quite a while.

However, there is also news that many have been advising S S to store the edited versions and use them to look at a sequel after 5-6 months once the original is released. With so many efforts and investment that has gone in, this sure looks good enough for a sequel, if true. What say Rajamouli???

New telugu movies

It's holiday season & time for new releases. As expected, the Telugu audiences will be in for a dilemma as there are not one or two but a total of three releases. Each of them belongs to different genres so this should be interesting.

First in the list is ‘Aa Okkadu’ marking the entry of villain Ajay as a hero and a very beautiful Madhurima as the heroine. Then there is the charming beauty Charmee along with Manjula for ‘Kavya’s diary’ slated to be a family thriller.

Last but not the least, the big budget movie maker Bellamkonda Suresh is arriving with his spirited youth entertainer ‘Ride’. This has the young actors Tanish, Nani, Swetha Basu Prasad, Aksha in the lead.

So get set for the triple treat.
